CYBERSECURITY POLICY

As Aktepe Teknoloji İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., we consider information and data security an integral part of our business. The purpose of this policy is to continuously protect our company’s cybersecurity, minimize the impact of potential threats, and reduce any damage that may arise from cybersecurity incidents to the lowest possible level.

This policy covers all cybersecurity assets associated with the electrical and electronic systems within our company. In addition to Aktepe Teknoloji employees, our business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors are also required to act in compliance with this policy.

The planning, implementation, and monitoring of cybersecurity activities are the responsibility of the Cybersecurity Management Representative appointed by Aktepe Teknoloji. The

Representative identifies risks within our systems, takes the necessary measures, plans training activities to increase cybersecurity awareness, and ensures that implemented activities are regularly monitored.

Our primary objective is to protect our information, software, hardware, and communication infrastructure against all internal and external threats, whether intentional or unintentional.

Accordingly, our cybersecurity approach is based on preventive measures, risk-based thinking, and continual improvement.

The necessary procedures and instructions have been established for all processes, and these documents are regularly reviewed and updated. Cybersecurity awareness training is mandatory for all employees. In addition, plans aimed at maintaining business continuity have been prepared, tested, and are updated when necessary.

As Aktepe Teknoloji, we commit to increasing the effectiveness of our cybersecurity management system, continually improving it against current threats, and embedding cybersecurity awareness throughout our workforce. Each manager is responsible for implementing the requirements of this policy within their respective areas and ensuring its sustainability.

Top Management guarantees the provision of the necessary budget, human resources, and technical infrastructure to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of cybersecurity activities. This policy has been approved by the Top Management of Aktepe Teknoloji İthalat İhracat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and communicated to all employees.
